What payment methods do you accept?

What's your return policy?
We stand behind every plant we send. If your order arrives damaged or unsatisfactory, photograph the issue and contact us within 24 hours of delivery - we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.

Absolutely. Call us on 1300 649 333 and our team will help you choose the right plants and sort your order. We're available Mon–Sun, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
How do I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order — call 1300 649 333 or email info@gardenviewnursery.com.au. We'll do our best to accommodate changes before your order is packed and dispatched.
Do you have a loyalty or rewards program?

Where do you deliver plants in Australia?
We deliver to NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT, and SA. Simply enter your postcode at checkout to confirm delivery to your area. We don't currently ship to WA, NT, or TAS due to biosecurity restrictions. Our local customers within 10 kms of Annangrove location gets FREE delivery on purchase over $100.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times can vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. Typically, domestic orders within Australia are delivered within 3-5 business days. Please note that these are estimated times and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or customs procedures.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. Kindly refer to our Returns Policy on our website for detailed instructions on initiating a return.

Plants & Quality
Will my plants arrive alive and healthy?
Absolutely. We carefully inspect and pack every plant before dispatch. If your plant arrives dead or severely damaged, contact us within 24 hours with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you - no questions asked.
Are your plants the same as what's in-store?
Every plant listed online is from our Annangrove nursery and is the same stock you'd find in person. Product photos are for demonstration purposes only - actual plant appearance, size, and shape may vary slightly as each plant is unique.
What size do the plants arrive in?
Each plant listing includes the pot size. Most plants ship in 100mm, 140mm, or 200mm pots - if you're unsure what's right for your space, give us a call and we'll advise.
Are your plants pest-free and certified?
Yes. Garden View Nursery holds certified horticultural credentials and every plant is inspected before packing. You can shop with confidence knowing your plants are healthy, pest-free, and ready for Australian gardens.
