Stock Availability: Our plant inventory changes frequently. While we make every effort to keep stock information accurate, we cannot guarantee availability at the time of purchase. 6. Delivery & Shipping

Delivery Zones: We deliver plants and garden supplies across NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT and SA. Delivery fees start from $9.99 and are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Delivery Timeframes: We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–5 business days. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout and may vary depending on your location and seasonal demand. Garden View Nursery is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, extreme weather conditions or events outside our control.

Delivery of Live Plants: As a nursery selling live plants, we take special care in packaging to ensure your plants arrive healthy and undamaged. However, we cannot be held responsible for plant deterioration caused by extended transit times beyond our control or failure to retrieve your delivery promptly upon arrival.

Failed Deliveries: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or no one being available to receive the order, re-delivery fees may apply. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate at checkout.

7. Product Information & Images

We strive to provide accurate, detailed and up-to-date product descriptions, pricing and availability on our website. However, we do not warrant that all product information is completely error-free at all times and reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies without prior notice.

Plant Images: Unless otherwise specified, images on our website showcase fully grown and established plants and are intended as an inspirational guide to how your plant may look at maturity. The plant you receive may vary in size, shape and appearance depending on the time of year, growing conditions and the specific specimen available at the time of your order.

8. Australian Consumer Law & Your Rights

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
