Acmena Smithii Forest Flame (Lilly Pilly)

• Native to eastern Australia's coastal rainforests, this Lilly Pilly naturally grows in humid, sheltered environments. It's perfectly adapted to Australian conditions and climate variations.
• The 'Forest Flame' variety is prized for its spectacular red-bronze new growth that gradually matures to deep green. This colour display is most pronounced in spring and after pruning.
• Produces clusters of small white flowers in summer followed by purple-pink edible berries. The berries are enjoyed by native birds and can be used for jams and jellies.
• Popular for hedging and screening due to its dense growth habit and ability to be shaped. Can reach 3-8 metres tall but responds well to regular trimming.

• Water deeply once or twice weekly in growing season, reducing to weekly in winter - check soil moisture 5cm down before watering.
