Boronia Megastigma Heaven Scent

• Native to Western Australia, this compact shrub typically grows 1-2 metres tall and wide with small, narrow leaves. It's one of the most fragrant Australian native plants available.
• The unique brown and yellow flowers appear from late autumn through winter, providing colour and perfume when most gardens are dormant. Each flower is tiny but produced in abundance.
• Beloved by gardeners for its incredible honey-vanilla fragrance that can fill entire garden spaces. The scent is strongest on warm, still days and in the evening.
• Excellent cut flower that brings indoor spaces to life with its intense perfume - just a few stems can fragrance a whole room.

• Water when top 5cm of soil feels dry - typically weekly in growing season, fortnightly in winter. Deep, infrequent watering promotes strong root development.
• Position in morning sun with afternoon shade protection, especially in areas with hot summers. 4-6 hours of filtered sunlight produces best flowering.
• Plant in well-draining, slightly acidic soil with good organic content - add compost and ensure drainage is excellent. Mulch lightly around base.
• Feed monthly with low-phosphorus native plant fertiliser during spring and autumn growing periods. Avoid fertilising during summer heat and winter dormancy.
