Choisya Ternata

• Native to Mexico, Choisya Ternata has become a beloved garden favourite in temperate Australian regions for its reliability and beauty. The plant belongs to the Rutaceae family, the same family as citrus.
• Features glossy, dark green leaves arranged in groups of three, creating attractive foliage even when not flowering. The leaves release a pleasant citrus fragrance when crushed or brushed.
• Produces masses of star-shaped white flowers with a delicious orange blossom scent that attracts bees and beneficial insects. Main flowering occurs in spring with a lighter flush in autumn.
• Grows into a dense, rounded shrub with an elegant naturally mounded form that requires minimal shaping. The evergreen nature provides year-round structure and interest.
