Eggplant (Black Beauty)

• Black Beauty is a classic American heirloom variety developed for consistent production and excellent flavour. It typically produces 4-6 large fruits per plant weighing 300-500g each. The variety has been trusted by home gardeners for over 50 years.
• Fruits develop from purple star-shaped flowers into glossy, oval eggplants with creamy white flesh. The skin colour deepens from purple to almost black as fruits mature. Plants grow as bushy annuals reaching 60-90cm tall.
• Gardeners love Black Beauty for its reliable harvests and classic eggplant flavour without bitterness. The compact plant size suits smaller gardens while still producing generous yields. Fruits store well and are perfect for grilling, roasting, and traditional dishes.
