Juniperus Skyrocket

• Native to North America, this cultivar was selected for its distinctive narrow, upright growth habit that resembles a green rocket shooting skyward. The dense branching creates an almost solid column of blue-green foliage.
• Extremely hardy and drought-tolerant once established, making it perfect for Australian conditions including areas with water restrictions. Tolerates poor soils and coastal conditions with minimal care requirements.
• Grows slowly to moderately, reaching 6-8 metres tall but only 1-2 metres wide at maturity. This makes it ideal for narrow spaces, formal gardens, and creating vertical interest without overwhelming smaller landscapes.
• Popular choice for contemporary and formal garden designs due to its architectural form and year-round structure. Provides excellent screening and windbreak properties while requiring minimal maintenance.

• Water weekly during first year, then reduce to monthly deep watering once established. Check soil moisture by inserting finger 5cm deep - water only when dry.
• Position in full sun location receiving at least 6 hours direct sunlight daily. Morning sun is essential, afternoon sun tolerance excellent in most Australian climates.
